Maui Tacos, Penne Pasta, Don Ho’s Island Grill, Mala, Mala Wailea, and Migrant. Chef Mark has been on Emeril Live and the NBC Today Show. Mark and Judy have a farm where they supply produce for their kitchens. We only use fresh, wild caught seafood from Hawaii as well as seafood from the Pacific Northwest. Dishes like Crab Louie Salad, Shrimp Cocktail, Oysters on the Half Shell, Whole Wok Fried Opakapaka with Malaysian Black Pepper Sauce, Grilled Spanish Octopus, Live Clam Chowder, Beer-Battered Fish and Chips, Caesar and Kale Salad, as well as Naples-style Pizza from our 900-degree Brick Oven. We also feature a great Ribeye steak, Seafood Pasta, Ahi Bolognese or a Maui grass-fed Cheeseburger. Chef Mark and Judy’s commitment to supporting local beef, fish and organic produce has been a mainstay of their restaurants. We have a great bar with ocean views.
